The unplanned Kinzer outages at Hurricane Creek (Click Here) and the upcoming Aug. 15th Robinson Creek outage (Click Here) have mostly been resolved. However, some customers may still be off. We are currently working on testing the system and restoring service to remaining customers. We do not own these particular lines, so outages may be beyond our control, but we are doing our best to restore service to all customers as quickly as possible.

Due to state recomendations and safety concerns over the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, our Prestonsburg and Jackson business offices are mostly open, but may be closed without notice. We are fully operational and committed to serving the community, with our top priority being the health and safety of our customers and employees. You can pay your bill online with XBP Button 2 1h  or  over the phone (or other questions) by calling our office at 606-886-2431Thank you for your continued patience.

Call Before You Dig

Dial "811"

DOT statistics show the majority of pipeline damage is caused by third parties digging near buried pipelines. "Third parties" are contractors and excavators, landscapers and fence builders, and land owners that are not controlled by the utility or its contractors. Third-party damage can be prevented by getting utility locates from One-Call.

Kentucky law requires anyone planning to dig or excavate to get information on type, location, and depth of all underground facilities in the area. The excavator must notify the Kentucky 811-Call Center at least two full working days before beginning work. The 811-Call center will notify member utilities with buried lines in the area. A Frontier representative will determine if the project is near its pipelines and send someone to clearly mark the location of its buried pipelines.
