Start Service

Click “Start Now” to fill out our Application form, upload identification, initial, sign then “Submit” to us.  After “Submit” you can e-mail a copy of the Application to yourself, others or print a copy for your records.

We will contact you to confirm details and collect the initial deposit.  When Paid we will schedule turning On your Gas.  Once Gas is flowing manage your account at Payments.

Transfer Service

If you are a current customer in good standing and moving to another Kentucky Frontier Gas serviced location Click “Transfer Service” to contact us to change account details and arrange for Gas turn On, turn Off, Fees and other arrangements that may apply.

Stop Service

If you wish to stop service Click “Stop Service” to contact us to arrange for stop date, final payment details, and any other final items.
